We led over a dozen Barclays training labs and coached 20+ internal teams over four years in the UK, US and India. Together, we designed new business architectures to profitably solve unmet needs across a range of financial sectors: mortgage, consumer and small business credit, and personal.

We completed an in-depth, industry-level audit of the off-grid solar sector to surface the fundamental flaw that has prevented the industry from reaching profitability, despite more than 10 years of effort and over $1bn of investment capital.
